Terms of use

By using Aestra Studio, you agree to these terms. The service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of others, or abuse the service through activities such as spam, large-scale scraping, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

You retain ownership of the 3D content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content only as required to operate and provide the service.

Privacy policy

We collect your email address for account and billing purposes, a SHA-256 hash of the IP address used during registration to help prevent abuse, and the Stripe customer identifier associated with your subscription. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by Aestra Studio.

We do not use advertising-tracking cookies and do not sell personal information. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@aestra3d.com. We aim to respond within seven days.

Service providers

Cloudflare: hosting, D1 database services, and Turnstile bot protection.
Stripe: payment processing. Payment card information is not stored by Aestra Studio.
Resend: transactional email delivery.
Replicate / Modal: GPU processing for applicable AI features.

Refunds

Founder purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Pro and Studio monthly subscriptions are not automatically refundable, but they may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
